I can not recommend this electrician highly enough. 

After years of home ownership I've had my fair share of electricians. Quality ranges- but reliability is always such a huge issue. 

I texted YC electric (their preferred communication method) yesterday. We exchanged some texts- they came today- sorted out problem- they made a run to hardware store for a few extra parts- problem solved. 

I truly cannot ask for more. Just got an invoice and feel price is totally in line with other good vendors.

YC will be my go-to electrician from now on...

Working with Yi and team is probably the best experience I've ever had with an electrician. Initial consultation was done over text, sending pics back/forth and answering questions up-front.
Scheduling was easy, Yi made sure to keep checking in with me that the day/time of appointment would work out well, and also let me know when a cancellation came through in case I wanted to take the slot.
I had two ceiling fans swapped out, my panel checked out, and a gfci replaced. Very reasonably priced, and their work comes with a guarantee in case something goes wrong. Will definitely be hiring these folks again. 
One thing to note - credit card payments are not accepted, so just keep this in mind!

Yi was my go-to guy while I was rebuilding my rental house. I spent more than a year tearing that thing apart and building it anew and Yi and his guys were always ready to step in and handle any electrical challenges I encountered. 

They managed to rip out the old, cloth-sheathed wiring without needing to wreck the walls, they installed a panel light into the ceiling of the bathroom (giving the impression of there being a frosted skylight), and more than once they fixed something that I'd done wrong.

He responds at the speed of a text, keeps his schedule promptly, and still finds a way to keep going until everything is done. His costs are reasonable (electricians shouldn't be cheap, and if yours is you might want to worry about why) and he's honest and professional. I'd recommend his services to anyone.

​Yi has been amazing! He has helped me 3 times. When I moved into my first apartment, he installed a large and heavy hanging light. He even mounted a large mirror for me "just because he was already there." 
When I suddenly had to move, he was there the next day to uninstall lit for me. 

In my new apartment, he helped me mount a TV with an arm, and told me that when I needed it taken down, he would repair the wall and leave it good as new! 

He responds very quickly by text (which is great for coordinating during working hours or if you're like me and you hate talking on the phone) and he works around your schedule. When he's on the job, he is very polite and funny too. He even helped me settle a design dispute with my mother! (We struggled deciding where to put the couch) 

Overall, I highly recommend him and his company!
